Registered as an NGO in Kenya, India, and Indonesia, The Development Cafe aims to eradicate poverty through bridging grassroots projects and policy makers, empowering other NGOs and vulnerable communities, whilst building the capacity of government bodies. It works as a think tank to exchange ideas, a research and evaluation agency, and an ICT4D support organization.
