OVERVIEW
The Development Cafe and the Indonesian Development Evaluation Community (InDEC) organized a training program entitled “Innovations in Evaluation Workshop Series 1.” The workshop series aims to equip participants with innovative evaluation approaches and promote evaluation’s use as a tool for learning, accountability, and decision-making in the development sector.
The workshop series covers a wide range of topics about new ways to evaluate, such as outcome mapping, participatory evaluation, developmental evaluation, and systems thinking. Through interactive lectures, case studies, and practical exercises, the training program equips participants with real-world skills and knowledge. Among the topics covered are Drones for Evaluation, Wearable Technology for Real-Time Data Using IoT Sensors, and Soft Skills for Evaluators.
The program is designed for development professionals, such as those who conduct evaluations, manage programs, conduct research, or formulate policy. The workshop series provides participants with an exceptional opportunity to learn from seasoned evaluators and network with others in the field.
