Enhancement of ASCC Post 2025 Monitoring and Evaluation System

DevCAFE is leading a one year consultancy to strengthen the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community’s (ASCC) Post-2025 Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System. The project involves mapping existing M&E frameworks across ASC sectoral bodies, developing a comprehensive M&E Guideline aligned with the ASCC Strategic Plan, and conducting a series of participatory capacity-building workshops for SOCA and ASEAN Secretariat Divisions. Through co-creation, digital learning integration, and adaptive management, the assignment supports ASEAN in institutionalizing a results-based, learning-oriented approach that enhances accountability, knowledge sharing, and policy coherence beyond 2025.
