Sanku MEL System Building

Sanku is a non-profit organization that wants to end malnutrition in Africa. They recently hired DevCAFE to make a report for their Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) efforts.

Through this project, the Development CAFE is working with Sanku to make a detailed report on the organization’s monitoring and evaluation activities. This includes identifying areas of strength and weakness as well as providing recommendations for improving the overall effectiveness of Sanku’s MERL efforts.

The Development CAFE is giving Sanku advice on the best ways to collect, analyze, and report data based on its many years of experience in monitoring, evaluating, and learning. This includes making tools and methods for monitoring and evaluating the effects of Sanku’s programs, as well as helping Sanku’s staff get training and build their skills.

Through this partnership, the Development CAFE and Sanku are working together to improve the organization’s ability to track and measure the impact of its programs. This will help the organization reach its goal of ending malnutrition in Africa.
